WHO The author will be Judith Gans, manager of the Immigration Policy Program at the University of Arizona’s Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy.
 
WHAT Among the questions the study will ask and answer: What role do immigrants play in Arizona’s labor force? What industries rely most heavily on these workers and to what extent? What jobs do they do? What kind of wages do they make? And is Arizona experiencing or likely to experience labor shortages if immigrant workers are not available?
 
WHEN The study will be completed by Labor Day, 2008.
